Who is responsible

Andrey Todorov

Email: support@atdrv.eu

This is a private, non-commercial website with my CV. It has no advertising, no tracking, no cookies and no contact form, and it loads nothing from other websites: the fonts are hosted on this site. Full contact details are in the Impressum.

Hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver a page, your browser sends GitHub’s servers technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the website you came from and your browser and operating system. According to GitHub, the IP addresses of visitors to GitHub Pages sites are logged and stored for security purposes. GitHub processes these logs as its own controller and decides how long it keeps them; I have no access to them.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in delivering this website reliably and securely. GitHub is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR), and also uses the EU standard contractual clauses. Details are in the GitHub privacy statement and the GitHub Pages documentation.

Storage in your browser

When you switch the language, the page notes this for a moment in your browser’s session storage (cv-nav), so the next page skips its entrance animation. The note is removed as soon as the next page has read it, and it is never transmitted (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Contact

If you write to me, by email or through the links on my CV, I process your contact details, your message and the time it was sent in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where you contact me about a job. Emails are handled by my email provider on my behalf. I delete them when the enquiry is settled, unless the law requires me to keep them.

The links to LinkedIn and GitHub are plain links: nothing is sent to those services unless you click one, and after that their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To use them, write to support@atdrv.eu. As I do not store any data about visitors myself, requests about the hosting logs may also need to go to GitHub.

Right to object: you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as described above for hosting and contact (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes

This policy is updated when the website changes. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
